This “battle of the bands” style concert is going to be huge and SNAP is currently auditioning bands to participate.

If you think your band has what it takes,  they want you!

The Pennsylvania School Health Law requires that all students in 11th grade have a comprehensive physical examination. It is recommended that your family physician complete this examination, as he or she can assist you in any treatments and/or immunization requirements that may be necessary.  In addition, your child may be more comfortable in a setting he or she is familiar with. If you prefer to have these services performed by your primary care physician, at your expense, an examination completed anytime after September 1, 2012 is acceptable. Attached is the Private Physician's Physical Examination form. Upon completion, please have your child return this form to the Health Suite by Monday, September 30, 2013. If you choose to have this physical completed in school at no cost, please complete the forthcoming 2013-2014 Health Information form included in your child's first day packet.
